About Jim

Hails from…Butler County.

Married with six kids.

First radio job: At a small radio station in Ambridge at 18 in 1978. I started at 3WS the next year, that time known as WPEZ. Soon afterwards it became what is today, 3WS.

In 1987, I started working the morning show. My voice can be heard on over 200 radio and TV stations across America and Canada.

Likes: Family time and my home off the beaten path in Adams Township. And, of course, sausage! Pork chops, roast, ham...you name it, if it came from a pig, it's good.

Favorite Movie: Matrix, Raiders of the Lost Ark, A Wonderful Life.

Hobby: Setting off Fireworks. You may be surprised, but I am a licensed operator.
